ADS OS / PAY2VISIT Who pays whom? Which account is charged? Three separate operations: buying ad credit, withdrawing partner earnings and rewarding a visit. 1. Ad credit: advertiser → network owner The advertiser pays the network’s Deposit. L$ leave their Second Life account and reach the Deposit owner’s account, normally the network owner. The website records the purchased ad credit; it does not hold the L$, and this payment does not fund the Wallet. 2. Partner earnings: network → Displayer owner An eligible click consumes ad credit and adds the partner share to earnings available for withdrawal. The visitor’s account is not charged for clicking. On Withdraw, a network Deposit sends the L$: its owner’s SL account is charged and the partner’s account is credited. The Displayer requests the withdrawal; it does not pay. The Pay2Visit Wallet is not involved. 3. Pay2Visit: Wallet owner → visitor This optional reward is for a validated visit at the destination. The Wallet pays from its own owner’s SL account, usually the advertiser’s. The visitor receives the L$. The Wallet budget is an authorised spending limit, not money deposited inside an object. Buying ad credit does not increase this budget. The website tracks amounts; SL accounts hold the L$. Remaining ad credit, partner reserves and withdrawable earnings are tracking figures. They do not guarantee the payer’s actual account balance. Debit permission is granted to the object that makes the transfer. Script Lab does not receive these ad or reward payments unless it is itself the owner of the relevant network or Wallet. Example: for a 15 L$ click with an 8 L$ partner share, 15 L$ are deducted from ad credit, 8 L$ are added to the partner pot and 7 L$ remain with the network. The 8 L$ are paid on withdrawal from the Deposit owner’s account. If the visitor also receives 5 L$ through Pay2Visit, those 5 L$ come separately from the Wallet owner’s account. Prices and eligibility depend on the network. https://sl-script-lab.com/ads-remuneration.php?lang=en
