Script Lab information

Terms of sale

1. SCOPE

These terms apply to Script Lab licences, subscriptions and digital services offered directly or through a Second Life terminal.

2. OFFER AND PRICE

Essential features, included services, duration and price are those shown when ordering. A price in Linden dollars (L$) means payment made within Second Life.

3. ORDER AND ACTIVATION

An order is accepted after technical confirmation of payment. Activation is assigned to the account or Second Life UUID identified during purchase. Buyers must check they pay from the correct account and for the correct offer.

4. DURATION AND RENEWAL

Duration is stated in the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a fixed-term licence ends on expiry and must be renewed with a new payment.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Access and objects are supplied digitally. Activation may be immediate after confirmation or require review. Missing deliveries must be reported with the transaction reference.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Consumers generally have fourteen days from concluding a distance contract to withdraw from a service or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. An unambiguous statement may be sent to the published professional contact without creating an account; online support is also available. Payment in L$ or technical activation does not remove this right. Loss of the right for digital content requires, in particular, prior express consent to begin supply, express acknowledgement of that loss and the required contractual confirmation. Services are subject to separate conditions: activating a subscription alone does not remove this right. Where a refund is due, statutory deadlines and procedures apply; store credit cannot be imposed. Double payments or verifiable technical errors should be reported promptly.

7. SERVICE CHANGES

Features may evolve for technical, security or Second Life compatibility reasons. Substantial changes to an active offer are communicated when reasonably possible.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for their account, members, objects and compliant use. They must retain payment references and give support accurate information.

9. SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS

Requests go through Contact or Support and after-sales in the workspace. Include your Second Life name and UUID and available references. Tracking keeps exchanges and the statuses To process, Waiting for your reply and Resolved. Entering a reference does not automatically authorise a refund or redelivery. Closing a ticket does not remove statutory rights.

10. STATUTORY WARRANTIES

Digital content and services benefit from applicable statutory warranties independently of commercial guarantees. For a one-off supply, the trader is liable for lack of conformity appearing within two years of supply; for continuous supply, throughout the contractual period. Conformity must be restored free of charge, without undue delay or major inconvenience. A price reduction or termination is possible in cases provided by law. Updates required for conformity are supplied according to legal obligations. Rights relating to hidden defects remain applicable where relevant to the service.

11. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

To the trader identified in the legal notice, using the Contact details: I hereby give notice of withdrawal from the contract for [product or service], ordered on [date], reference [if available]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only for paper submissions. Use of this form is optional.

12. DISPUTES

After a prior complaint, consumers may use the competent mediator free of charge under statutory conditions. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that may apply in their country of residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
